The Wspólne Estate

The Wspólne Estate is a project of a multi-family building BRJ-Studio, realized as a complex of four-storey residential blocks arranged around a landscaped courtyard. The façade, based on the combination of light plaster with dark graphite band and carpentry, creates a modern, readable composition. Each apartment has a balcony, and the rhythmic arrangement of windows and loggias gives the buildings a coherent architectural expression. The common space with a playground, benches, shrub plantings and lawn creates a welcoming environment for residents of all ages. The project of a residential estate in Lublin is the realization of BRJ-Studio combining a functional layout of apartments with a well-thought-out public space - designed for the daily life of the whole community.
