Every change updates automatically across the whole model, which reduces the risk of errors and clashes between disciplines and improves communication between the designer, the contractor and the client. Design Visualizations
Architectural visualizations are a realistic, three-dimensional representation of a building, showing how the house looks and how it sits on the plot before it exists.

Yes. We work in Łuków and in the municipalities of Stoczek Łukowski, Adamów, Krzywda, Serokomla, Stanin, Trzebieszów, Wojcieszków and Wola Mysłowska, as well as on plots in the surrounding area.
Will you adapt a design bought from another practice?
Yes. We adapt ready-made designs regardless of the catalogue or practice they were purchased from, adjusting them to the plot and to local building conditions.
Do you design single-storey houses and modern barn-style homes?
Yes. We design single-storey houses, houses with an attic and a range of styles, including the modern barn - always matching the form to the plot and its surroundings.
Do I need to own a plot before we can start working together?
No. In our experience, it's best to get in touch before you buy a plot, because consultancy at this stage lets you check whether the site suits the house you have in mind.
Do you work with developers and investors?
Yes. For investors and developers we design terraced and semi-detached housing, as well as mixed-use residential and commercial buildings. On larger, coordinated projects we work in BIM, which makes it easier to control the documentation and coordinate between disciplines.
Do you design only single-family houses?
Not only. Alongside single-family houses, we design buildings for investors, including multi-family and mixed-use developments. Our commercial work is presented on a separate page.
Do you work with other practices and contractors?
Yes. We take on design and subcontracting collaborations, including BIM modeling and support at selected project stages. It's a solution for practices and firms that need additional design capacity on a specific commission.
Can we work together remotely, from outside Łuków?
Yes. Part of our work - including BIM modeling and visualizations - is fully digital, so we also work with clients outside Łuków and Łuków County, both elsewhere in Poland and abroad. Meetings that are critical to the project can be held at the office or online.
Do you help compile the documentation for a building permit?
Yes. We prepare the complete design documentation, and as part of our formal support we help gather and submit the documents to the relevant authority. This makes the administrative process considerably smoother for the client.
