Estate in Podków

The estate in Podków is an individual project of a multi-family building BRJ-Studio, whose spatial layout in the shape of a horseshoe creates a protected, intimate interior space for residents. The clear division of the block into a brick ground floor and a bright white superstructure of the upper floors gives the building a clear structure and a modern character. The mint accent of the cladding on the corner and the juxtaposition of the glass railings of the upper floors with the traditional lattice of the ground floor create a subtle, multi-layered facade composition. A landscaped backyard with a playground, lush greenery, and flower beds creates a safe, family-friendly space. The estate in Podków is an implementation of BRJ-Studio, in which a well-thought-out spatial layout becomes the main tool for building a community of residents.
