Primo Estate

The Primo estate is an individual BRJ-Studio serial development project, in which each segment is distinguished by a dynamic, cubic form with clearly extended blocks of wooden cladding. The combination of light brick with warm, horizontal wooden cladding and dark exterior blinds creates a coherent, modern composition with a distinct, repetitive rhythm. The displacement of individual segments relative to each other gives the whole ensemble a dynamic, non-uniform character - each house is part of a larger composition, while retaining its own identity. Each segment has an individual entrance directly from the ground level and a private outdoor space. Osiedle Primo is a BRJ-Studio project for a developer - modern, functional and designed for demanding buyers.
