Woven Building

The Woven Building is an individual project of a multi-family building BRJ-Studio, the main architectural distinguishing feature of which is the facade covered with horizontal aluminum slats, forming a dense, horizontal rhythm resembling the fabric structure. This solution combines an aesthetic function with a practical one - lamellas provide privacy for residents, regulate the access of light and protect balconies from the wind. The garage on the ground floor, clearly cut off by a white frame from the residential floors, organizes the entrance area and organizes the movement of vehicles. Spacious balconies with glass railings on each level open the apartments to the surrounding greenery. The Woven Building is a realization of BRJ-Studio, in which one consistent facade motif defines the architectural identity of the entire building.
