Mosaic Building

The Mosaic Building is an individual project of a multi-family building BRJ-Studio, in which gold composite slabs arranged on a white facade create an irregular, mosaic pattern giving the building an expressive, individual character. The four-storey block with a flat roof and a pronounced crown cornice retains a simple, cubic form, which is enlivened by fragmentarily arranged golden accents. Depending on the shot, the building changes its face - from the dominant golden surface of the corner to the calm, white frontage with discreetly spaced panels. Spacious balconies with glass railings rhythmically organize the facade, and the service premises on the ground floor activate the space next to the street. The Mosaic Building is an implementation of BRJ-Studio, in which material and color become the main tool of architectural expression.
