Graphic Building

The Graphic Building is an individual project of the BRJ-Studio office building, in which the main architectural distinguishing feature is a full-glass facade with a decorative graphic print on the glass. The white pattern of flowers and stems spread over the entire surface of the facade creates a unique, recognizable visual identity of the building - both from the street side and from the perspective of the interior. The white structural frame divides the facade into regular modules, giving the building a readable, rational structure. The roof terrace with greenery expands the usable space of the property, and the ground floor service premises with full glazing activate the street front. The Graphic Building is a BRJ-Studio project, in which graphics on glass become an independent architectural tool - distinguishing the building in the urban fabric without resorting to excessive form.
