House with Two

House with Two is an individual project of a single-family house BRJ-studio, in which the dominant element of the composition is a two-storey garage integrated directly into the building. A combination of warm clinker brick with light, horizontal wooden cladding and a black gable roof creates a modern, yet set in architectural tradition, a whole. A utility attic illuminated by a sloping window increases the usable area without expanding the solid. The house naturally fits into the surroundings of tall pines and spruces, and the careful pavement of paving stones completes the whole. A project of a single-family house with a two-station garage is a proposal by BRJ-Studios for investors who value functionality, durability of materials and architectural consistency of implementation.
