Shared House

The Split House is an individual project of BRJ-Studio, the main architectural motif of which is a clear dividing line between the two zones of the facade. The dark brick of the ground floor combined with the light wood cladding of the gable and the black gable roof creates a coherent, contrasting composition with a strong character. The garage with the white framing of the entrance is a deliberate accent that breaks the severity of the dark materials. The design of a single-family house with a utility attic naturally fits into the surroundings of tall pines, and the careful composition of greenery emphasizes its forest character. Dom Dzielony is a realization in which a bold selection of materials and a consistent division of the body give the project an individual, timeless expression — without unnecessary embellishments, but with full architectural precision.
